Find of the week

This past weekend I was walking around in my neighborhood. It was raining and windy which is obvs the worst combination of all. You can't even carry an umbrella! I was forced to go into a store.
I looked up and realized I was in Wet Seal. I haven't been there in a while and don't usually think of it as a place where I would buy anything. I was so wrong. Check out the cute top I got.
And it only cost $22!
